We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has started processing or has been dispatched. Please include your order number and a clear description of your request.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does delivery cost?
Sillistrations offers Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders. There is no minimum order value required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 1–2 business days to process, Monday–Friday. After processing, standard UK delivery usually takes 3–4 business days, Monday–Friday.
The total estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days.
What is your order cut-off time?
The order cut-off time is 17:00 UK time.
Orders placed before 17:00 UK time are usually processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Which carriers do you use?
Typical carriers may include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS, or another suitable UK carrier.
Carrier selection may vary depending on parcel size, weight, destination, service availability, and carrier conditions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If the selected delivery service includes tracking, the tracking number or tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Sillistrations accepts returns for eligible defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns.
How long do I have to request a return?
Returns are accepted for eligible products within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
What condition must returned items be in?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in the same condition you received it. It should be returned with its original packaging where applicable and complete with any included accessories, inserts, or parts.
This does not affect your statutory rights for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not-as-described goods.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, email support@sillistrations.store with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and, where eligible, a downloadable return label.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For eligible returns, Sillistrations provides a downloadable return label at no cost to the customer.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Sillistrations does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are normally processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Sillistrations does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order through our website.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sillistrations.store and include your order number and photos of the issue where possible.
Once we review the issue, we will provide the appropriate next steps in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
