4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

  • There is an error in product information, pricing, or availability
  • Payment is not authorised or is reversed
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
  • The delivery address is incomplete, invalid, or outside our delivery area

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched.

We aim to ensure that all prices are accurate. If we identify a clear pricing error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a refund.

No standard UK delivery charge is added at checkout for eligible UK orders, as Sillistrations offers Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Sillistrations offers Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders.

Our standard delivery details are:

  • Order cut-off time: 17:00 UK time
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday
  • Transit time: 3–4 business days, Monday–Friday
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days
  • Delivery location: Customer’s address

Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to delivery location, carrier conditions, public holidays, weather, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping carriers may include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS, or another suitable UK carrier. Carrier selection may vary depending on parcel size, weight, destination, service availability, and carrier conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If the selected delivery service includes tracking, the tracking number or tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

7. Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the customer’s address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has started processing or has been dispatched.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Sillistrations accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns are accepted for eligible products within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Returns must be sent back by post. For eligible returns, Sillistrations will provide a return label that customers can download and print at no cost to the customer.

Sillistrations does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Sillistrations does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order through our website.

If you purchase goods from us online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to any legal exceptions. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

9. Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue where possible.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed, or unfit-for-purpose goods.
